Artist Statement:

I mostly work in Oil medium. My work could be considered "Realistic". I like Old Classical Realistic Oil Paintings. My method of painting is, primary I do excellent drawing then under painting and then working on layers and taking care of light and shadows. Its almost takes two three months on layering and drying times of oil depending on size. I like working on details. I usually work with Photos but on the spot I prefer to do life sketching of the subject. Subject range is varied: including Landscapes, Cityscapes, Animals, Still lives, and Floral. I do Commissions: needs max five photos of subject. I do workshops. In all these years, I am improving my knowledge in the study of different Techniques and Colors.

On Going WorkShops and Art Classes

Title: Painting Snow with oils.

Point to be consider; Shadows on Snow, Light in Snow, Falling Snow, Trees in snow, Young Spruce in snow, Mountains in snows.

Canvas size 16X20 is perfect.

Materials: student will bring their own, But i don't mind to share mine. Easels if they can bring their own, otherwise tables are fine, Oil painting brushes and we will need painting knife too and oil painting colors.

Fees will be dollar 25 per student.

Time: Full day workshop 9:30 pm to 4:30

Handouts; I will provide handout like before, explaining my those points.

Workshope process goes like i will bring reference photos for every one, will paint my own canvas then every one will fellow me. And we will finished our snow painting together.
